Ένα πολύ άνετο σπίτι (70τμ) λίγα λεπτά μακριά από την παραλία που είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή μικρές οικογένειες. Υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος, υπέροχος κήπος με μπάρμπεκιου καθώς και όλες οι ανέσεις που θα χρειαστείτε στο σπίτι. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μακριά από τον κεντρικό δρόμο, με δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης μπροστά από το σπίτι. Η πόλη της Καβάλας απέχει 4,5χλμ.
