Two bedrooms renovated flat Live Barcelona to the fullest in our lovingly restored private apartment. Welcome to your renovated 45m2 home-from-home in Barcelona. Ideal for solo travellers or couples, the light modern interior features iconic design furniture, while the little balcony offers park views up towards Montjuïc hill. There are two bedrooms with one 140cm * 200cm bed each. These bedrooms are separated by a slidding wood wall. They share the lounge area with a small sofa, two airmchairs, a flatscreen TV and pleanty of storage space. There is a dining area with a huge dinning table and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, BOSCH washing machine dryer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a shower big enough for two and is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in after 23.00h has a 20€ surcharge. Check-ins after 2400 have a surcharge of 30 euros. ATTENTION: Fourth floor without elevator. The space is an independent and private apartment in a building with other residents. Guests have key access to the entrance of the building and their apartment. By booking you acknowledge: MUST CLIMB four flights of stairs. - Private apartment for 3 persons maximum; the final price includes tax. - The damage deposit is fully refundable on your departure provided there are no claims for damages, smoking inside the apartment or community complaints such as excessive noise or misconduct. - Guests are LIABLE for all costs associated with noise complaints that generate an OFFICIAL 092 OR MOSSOS Complaint. Este apartamento tiene luz, es práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para que no eches de menos tu casa. Este apartamento está pensado para que cuatro personas convivan sin estorbarse. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con dos camas individuales. El balcón es el complemento perfecto para la luz natural del salón. Está pensado para que salgas a tomar el aire, leas un poco o simplemente disfrutes del clima de Barcelona desde la barrera. Un lujo sencillo, pero que se agradece mucho al final del día. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. Consta de 2 dormitorios, una zona de trabajo y dos baños. -Dormitorio con cama doble extra grande (180x200cm) en suite, con baño completo. -Dormitorio pequeño con cama individual (90x200cm) con un armario. -Habitación adicional SIN ventana con recirculación de aire: Cama 140 x 200 cm. El baño principal esta en pasillo. Dispone de una amplia ducha. El dormitorio en-suite dispone de baño idéntico. Cocina horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora, fogones a gas, tostadora, Nespresso, hervidor, y todos los útiles básicos para cocina y comer. TV con Canales internacionales (Satélite). Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Control central por vivienda. Edificio y apartamento muy cuidado. Oficina en planta baja donde muchos días esta abierta para recoger paquetería o consultar cualquier cosa. La empresa tiene persona de mantenimiento propio.

VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€9.50 per person/per night) IS included in the nightly price.
