The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Bienvenue dans notre demeure, ou Jean et moi sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce cadre enchanteur et serein. Notre villa d'architecte se compose de la sorte: Au rez-de-chaussée: la cuisine, le salon séjour, la buanderie, deux chambres privatives (10 et15m2) , deux salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et 2 toilettes pour votre confort. À l'étage: une chambre fermée (30m2) et un lumineux espace loft (50m2) propose deux espaces nuit aménagés avec goût et séparés par une tenture.

La VILLA FABIA est l'endroit idéal pour vous retrouver en famille ou entre amis, vous vous relaxerez dans le spa extérieur chauffé toute l'année. Dans un cadre verdoyant, chacun profitera du jardin, terrasse, barbecue, vélos, jeux, kayak, table de ping pong ... Disposant de 5 chambres, la capacité d'accueil est de 12 personnes. Vous profiterez d'une cuisine totalement équipée. La villa est raccordée à la fibre optique. Meublé de tourisme 4*

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
