Nok and Daves home is a paradise within its own grounds with everything you need. The main centre is only a 15 minute cab away which Nok arranged with no hassle. both are wonderful hosts and very helpful will definately visit back

Worth 100% the price, the house was amazing not touristy where we were staying but just few minutes from the city so perfect. Recommend 100%

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! Our stay at this mesmerizing place was too short. But you don't need too much time to fell in love with Ban Dalah. As soon as you step inside the premises, the feeling of the peace and comfort overwhelms you. Garry is a wonderful host! The room is tastefully decorated, like everything else on the property, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge, kitchen sink and the most important - the balcony with the stunning view of the rice fields and the mountains. The hot water in shower is available 24x7. The common area is designed in the such way, that the visitors could fell into meditative and rejuvenative state without any extra effort. Please note, that the place is completely renovated and now under the new management since November 2023. All reviews before November 2023 (positive or negative) We definitely would love to come next year and stay much-much-much longer. I highly recommend this oasis!

We are so grateful that we found this place – a peaceful retreat that will stay in our memories forever. We stayed at Villa Lakshmi for two weeks, enjoying the beautiful surroundings with a balcony overlooking open fields and a river. The bed was large and comfortable, and the villa had a private hot spring bath, which we happily used every day. The location is about a 15-20 minute scooter ride from the city center on an easy road, with a few nice Thai restaurants nearby to explore. It’s the perfect choice for those who appreciate tranquility and being surrounded by nature. Nok was a fantastic and attentive host, always warm and welcoming. She is also an excellent bodywork therapist, and we highly recommend experiencing one of her treatments. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. However, if you prefer to be right in the heart of Pai, staying closer to town might be a better fit. We would absolutely love to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay, and extended our stay by an extra day. We travelled as 2 generations of one family. It's close enough to Pai that the 20-somethings were able to go in to do exciting things (and get a taxi back), while the Olds were very happy just chilling at the house. The best thing was the enormous deck, which wraps around 2 sides of the house so shade always available. It has lovely views and the sound of water going over some rapids. There were a few places to eat within a 10 mins walk, the one across the bridge then back on the other side of the river was fabulous. This was the only AirBnB we've stayed at in Thailand so hard to compare - we found the rooms large by UK standards. The property is brand new and quite well equipped. The jacuzzi is the bath in the main bathroom. Initially we were a little concerned that you need to go through one bedroom to reach the other, but it's easy to get around by going through the window which is knee height and huge.

Nice place tucked away from the hustle and noise of Pai. The view at sunset was nice. The tub was a nice touch but the hot water doesn’t last too long. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again just for the banana roti, the view, and the quiet.

great location, comfy bed, sofa a huge tv. equipped kitchen and bathroom, pool in roof with gym so very comfortable stay. restaurants and bars nearby, near the shopping centre. noisy part of town but this was not a problem for sleep. would happily stay again.
