Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy condo, which is situated on the pristine banks of the Pinon Lake Reservoir and only three miles west of downtown Pagosa. It's just a short drive from many landmark attractions, such as the Wolf Creek Ski Area and state parks including the famed World's Deepest and Mineral Hot Springs. The Pagosa Springs Golf Club is onsite as well as lakeside fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, hiking and downhill skiing.

Uptown Lake Retreat

This stunning Mid-Century Modern house has it all, including an amazing view of Pagosa Lake and the San Juan mountains! Built in 2019, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath open concept floor plan is unlike any other house in Pagosa Springs. The living room has 20-foot ceilings and 2 sets of sliding doors that open out to a huge deck. Whether you’re having a cool drink watching the sun set over the lake or maybe some hot cocoa on a snowy day, both the upper and lower decks can be enjoyed year-round.

Mossy Lane Getaway

Secluded log cabin on 3 acres with the most incredible view of the San Juan River. This very unique 2,800 square feet log cabin sits nestled in the trees and overlooks the SanJuan River. It has been updated to provide comfort while relaxing above the river. Privately located with easy access to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area. Large outdoor deck to listen to the river flowing, sit by the fire, grill and entertain and enjoy meals on a large outdoor table.

Office Hideaway

Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
