Ένα ισόγειο διαμέρισμα μίας παραδοσιακής διώροφης κατοικίας. Διαθέτει δική του αυλή, με BBQ και ξυλοφουρνο, καθώς και υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, η αυλή, το αίθριο και το μπάρμπεκιου μπορούν να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες του ισογείου. Οι μόνοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι το πάρκινγκ και το πλυντήριο στην αποθήκη. Το σπίτι απέχει 5' περπάτημα από την πλατεία του Κισσού και 15' από τις παραλίες του Πηλίου.

In Trikeri

In Trikeri of South Pelion, a fully renovated house, independent & spacious with outdoor spaces, yard & balcony with panoramic views to all points of the horizon. It is located on the channel between the Pagasitic-Evoic gulf and the Aegean Sea & leaves behind it, the forest of Pelion, the Mountain of the Centaurs. Trikeri is a beautiful destination different from the rest of Pelion. It is located at the southernmost tip of Pelion at a distance of 81 km from Volos at an altitude of 300 meters.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Ειναι στα 30 μετρα απο την θαλασσα τελειως απομονωμενο και λειτουργει με αυτονομο φωτοβολταικο συστημα περιορισμένης κατανάλωσης ρεύματος . είναι απαγορευτικό η χρήση συσκευής άνω των 1000vatt ,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, , κτλ η παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι καθαρίζετε συχνά απο τοπικούς φορείς αλλα υπάρχει η πιθανότητα με ένα δυνατό αέρα να βγάλει λιγα σκουπίδια επίσης τα τελευταία τριακόσια μέτρα δρόμου θέλει πολύ προσοχη είναι απότομη κατηφόρα και Μερικές φορές λίγο κατεστραμενος μετά από βροχή

Η Βίλα «Ελένα» βρίσκεται μπροστά στο κύμα, στην παραλία του Αμποβού της Αφήσσου στο Πήλιο Μαγνησίας. Είναι μία νεόδμητη κατοικία 60,00τ.μ. ενεργειακής κλάσης Α++ με απρόσκοπτη θέα στο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας, η οποία προσφέρει υπηρεσίες και ανέσεις υψηλών προδιαγραφών. The house "BlueSunnyParadise" is located in the village of Glossa Skopelos. It sees a large part of the village as well as the whole front view of the sea of ​​Glossa and Skiathos. The neighborhood is quiet and the freshness of nature dominates. Ideal for families and groups of friends as the house accommodates up to 5-6 people. The distances from the beaches are closer to our village in relation to the country of the island. Also the island of Skiathos is 18 minutes by boat.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Marleen House

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.
