Feel welcomed in a family buisness property , make your own breakfast in your private kitchen and enjoy it while siting in the balcony with a view to the sea and the surrounding islands. Park your car for free in the property permises or take the bus from the nearest bust stop ( n° 9 ) to any of the south beaches or the town. You can also use the grilling facilities located in the garden area just outside your room free of cost . The room has a DOUBLE BED ( unlike the picture)

Villa Kyparisopoula is located on the hilltop of Katsaros area overlooking the Aegean Sea. The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise. It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Unique accommodation located directly on the beach

A rare opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded only by the sea, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of relaxation. No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.

Amazing seaview loft in calm olive grove!

lovely antique furniture room on top of our cottage but totally independent with private terraces and amazing view from in and out to sea and 7 rows of mount othrys!its own kitchen and bathroom and garden shower! Also we r renovating bathroom and kitchen atm and part of the roof and our home entrance exterior which is your way up so new pics very soon!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful, 2 streets away from the sea, in the best area of Volos. There is a park and a playground really close to walk your dogs or for your kids to spend time. City center is a 10’ walking distance.
