this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

Hello... This is apartment for 7 persons. It is very big apartment close to the center (around 300 m far away) and bus station for go to party beach Zrće (few minutes walking). The sea is close to the apartment (around 200 m). The markets, cafe bars and restaurants are also very close (300m). You have sea view from balcony. You can leave your car on safely, on our private parking.

This detached holiday house with a private heated pool is near the beach in a quiet location on a road with little traffic in the village Zubovici near Novalja on the island of Pag. The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
