Ironbark House & Horse Riding is situated on the ridge line gazing out across the outback. This totally off-grid 1345 acre property has its own solar power system, harvests all its own water and is located on the outskirts of the Atherton Tablelands in the farming district of Dimbulah on route to Mt Mulligan and Chillagoe. Just constructed with 2 large bedrooms both with spacious ensuites, separated by a welcoming kitchen/dining/living area with a generous verandah across the front of the house.

Our property is also a working flower farm, home to a wide variety of Heliconias and Gingers. The lodge is completely self‑sustaining. Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

Here a discrete self-contained one bedroom cottage in upland rainforest is surrounded by natural and established gardens, and at 1,160m provides a cool summer and cosy winter retreat. Uniquely the cottage integrates art within and outside. Contemplation, inspiration, privacy and comfort, are all to be experienced, along with exploring our forest and local environmental features.

Tinaroo Wilderness Retreat is situated on over 2 acres of beautiful bushland next to Lake Tinaroo. The cottage is totally private and backs into a reserve. Only a short stroll to the lake and is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. 3 minute drive to Black Gully boat ramp, 12 minutes to Atherton mountain bike park, and Mount Baldy walking trail.
