Self contained guest house adjoining main residence with own courtyard, separate bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, living area, full kitchen and washing machine. Close to Marmion and Hepburn Ave for quick access to freeways, close to beaches, Whitfords City Shopping Centre, Greenwood Train Station and 20 min drive to Perth City. IMPORTANT: We have a maximum occupancy of 2 people, please do not request a third person stay (including babies) as our insurance doesn't allow it.
