Kitchen is fully equipped and includes ice maker fridge. Bathroom: shower and basic toiletries. Tons of amenities: outdoor shower, boogie boards, beach chairs/towels, pack ‘n’ play, BBQ, firepit and much more. Garage parking included.

Private room with private en suite shower/restroom in Pacific Beach! This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)

This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
