Rosa dei Venti Beach House

“Villa Rosa dei Venti”, è situata a soli 500 mt dall’ antico borgo marinaro di Marzamemi. La casa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale patronale con bagno in camera, una seconda stanza da letto matrimoniale con bagno attiguo. Una grande porta-finestra inonda di luce naturale un’ampia cucina/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e un bellissimo camino per eventuali soggiorni invernali; inoltre la casa offre 2 terrazze una interna e una esterna di circa 30mq a soli 2 mt dalla battigia.

Dall'accurato restauro di un'antica falegnameria, nasce questo splendido Loft a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Noto. Il Loft si articola su due livelli al primo dei quali si trova un grande soggiorno con una cucina ad isola a vista completa di elettrodomestici ed un bagno con antibagno, servizi igienici e vasca. Cottage indipendente composto da una stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, una cucina/living con divano-letto comodo, il bagno completo e un piccolo ripostiglio; dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, TV led, lavatrice ed una veranda esterna. L'appartamento è circondato da un enorme giardino condiviso con area barbecue, area lavanderia e parcheggio. Adatto a famiglie o coppie che cercano il relax della campagna a due passi dal mare e dal centro.

Cottage Bimmisca - cipresso

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Tancredi's seaside Home

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.
