Perched on the hillside above Rocky Point in Polson, this newly built home offers expansive views of the water and the Rocky Mountains beyond. Though not directly on the shoreline, the elevated setting creates a sweeping vantage point — wide skies, changing lake colors, and peaceful mornings that feel both grounding and expansive. Inside, the home is simple, spacious, and designed for rest. Two private king suites — each with its own bathroom — provide comfort and privacy for couples traveling together, close friends, or anyone who appreciates having their own retreat at the end of the day. Clean lines, new construction, and natural light create a calm atmosphere that lets the scenery take center stage. The patio is where guests naturally gather. Grill dinner on the BBQ, sip coffee as the sun rises over the lake, or wind down in the evening as alpenglow touches the mountains. Mountain View Cabin

This family friendly cabin is located in the beautiful Mission Valley - midway between Kalispell and Missoula - at the base of North Crow Canyon. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer and climate control. One small bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a loft with a second queen bed, a twin bed and a small sitting area upstairs provide ample sleeping space. A living area downstairs completes the space. *NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.*

Mission Mountain Country Cottage & Sauna

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Private Mountainside Getaway Nestled among the cedars of the Mission Valley mountainside, this newly-renovated cabin is a refreshing destination, or a cozy home base for a Montana adventure. At the end of a private road, 1/4 mile from the main house. Easy to get to, but completely off the grid, this clean cabin is comfortable with electric heat/air conditioning. Features include washer and dryer, and full-time wifi.

The modern mountain house welcomes its guests with a birds eye view of Montana's second largest lake, Flathead Lake. On a clear day you can see the Whitefish ski resort over 40 miles away and if you're lucky, see an otter as you peer down to the shoreline from the comfort of the home. We spent the last year renovating top to bottom and are very happy to be sharing our home and this amazing place with you.

Beautiful family home on the east shore of Flathead Lake with a fruit orchard and private waterfront access. Quiet rustic cabin feel. Walk a private trail to your own beach and dock. Driveway is lined with rock walls for a secluded feel, leading to a grassy parking area with a small waterfall. There is a newly remodeled main floor, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and private dock.

Nature House, on Flathead Lake's beautiful Finley Point peninsula, was designed & built for folks who like to chill in the woods. It’s for people who like to watch the water & the clouds move. Who like to soak with their sweetie. And breathe deep in a sauna. Maybe kick a little butt playing shuffleboard. Hopefully all of the above!
