Our little cottage is a great place to start or end your travels down the Great Ocean Road or begin that trip back to Melbourne. Please note we are NOT the Ritz-Carlton, so please don’t expect that. Schomberg Beach House - Ideal Seaside Cottage

Just moments off the Great Ocean Road, yet a wholesome step back in time, is the tiny coastal town of Peterborough. Known for its rugged beaches, bays and spectacular clifftops it is loved by walkers, golfers, fishermen and families. Spectacularly located, Schromberg Beach House is just metre's from the foreshore and overlooking the golf course. The house is a partially refurbished 1950s weatherboard with a dated kitchen but has new bathrooms. The house retains it's casual but relaxed heart.

The Misty Dunes Woodshed

Named after the iconic Peterborough coastal sand dunes located 2 minutes away on the Great Ocean Road, this upcycled woodshed came to be when we, Bronte and Hayley purchased the 2-acre property at the start of 2020. Handmade from mostly salvaged and recycled products, what once was an old corrugated woodshed, is now an eye-catching and unique space, made with the sole purpose to relax, escape and appreciate the perfect blend of bush and sea.
