Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Flora, fauna, and nature embrace the space, creating an ambiance of peace and tranquility. The sunsets and moonrises are magical, and on wind-freedays, the sea will take your breath away. The studio is located a mere 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket/midtown and a 13 min walk to old town with quaint restaurants, shops and cafés.

Open the sliding doors, sit back onto the comfy couch, and look out over the garden and swimming pool. My place is close to mountain contour paths, cliff paths, and beaches. You’ll love my place because it is peaceful, comfortable, has a beautiful sea view and is safe.

If you enjoy immersing yourself in local culture and the hum of village life, this one’s for you! Ps: We do have an inverter to keep the lights and WiFI on for you during power outages!

Klein La Cotte Garden Cottage

Klein La Cotte cottage is a charming and peaceful space set in the garden of our family home. It comprises an open plan bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. It has it's own private courtyard and access to the pool. It is a self catering unit; however rusks, coffee and tea are provided.
