Private 1 bdrm. apartment with full bath, kitchen, living room, and outdoor private patio. LR has sofa bed. Parking onsite. Owners live in attached house and will be as available as you need, or not if you are looking for privacy. Our home and the attached apt. are located on 3 acres surrounded by trees. We are 20 minutes to Appleton and Oshkosh and about 50 minutes to Green Bay. We are also 7 miles from downtown Fremont and the Wolf River known for it's fishing and boating activities.

Steps From Downtown

Yes, you can walk to everything downtown. All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the museums, Lawrence University, the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh. You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Tons of original character, hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Driveway will comfortably park 5-6 cars.

This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. Homey lower level apartment with private entrance

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

A Sweet Suite in Freedom! Country Comfort!

Visiting friends or family in Freedom? Why bother them for an air mattress when you can stay right in town!? Going to a Packer Game and looking for a comfy place to stay with a super short drive? Found it! Ask about using the game room, golf simulator, or pool while you're here too! There's not a FULL kitchen!! Just one burner, and a flat griddle. There's also a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer, but overall, it's a suite. We think you'll LOVE it!
