This private and beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely renovated and is ready to be your home base in the north! Lots of parking for trucks and trailers! Easy access to the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Use Hwy H to travel 1/4 mile north to Koho Road and connect to all! Near the famous Brule River and Lake Superior! TOURIST ROOMING LICENSE # - TBES-BFFJ7D Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Up to 2 Pets welcome; $60 per stay that will be collected prior to your stay.

The Bee's Balm

You'll find us tucked in the quiet woods of northern WI near the Brule River. We're remote enough to experience star-filled skies & fireflies, but not far from many premier attractions. Your space is a self-contained apartment on the lower level of our 2.5 story home. It features a private entry, queen-sized bed, kitchenette, lower level private deck, access our beautiful grounds & more! We're a family of artists who love to travel & to introduce others to our beautiful part of the world.

Adorable Northwoods cabin

Come enjoy the North woods in our beautiful little cabin. This cabin is a located in a perfect spot only 2 miles outside of Iron River. Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!

Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. For a quiet stay, no snowmobiles or ATVs.

Studio Apartment at Lake Superior Brewing Brewtel

Newly rebuilt in a historic brick building, this charming 600 foot apartment is spacious, comfortable and so unique. A new organic king size bed and a comfy sofa allow this studio sleep 2+ if desired. Polished original concrete floors, high ceilings, luxury terrazzo tiled walk in shower, reclaimed Victorian era oak throughout make these apartments so special. Steps from Duluth’s Lakewalk and located near Lester River Park, Brighton Beach, the North Shore and Lake Superior Brewing!

Cabin in the Pines

As you head north to Wisconsin and Lake Superior you are surrounded by the silence of the forest. You can relax , away from the bustle of everyday life. The famous Bois Brule River is a short walk down the hill. We are just an hour from the Apostle Islands, Bayfield, Hayward, Ashland, Wi or Duluth, Mn. Our cabin is very quiet. We are on 3 wooded acres. Our place is a cabin. Not a house. We aren't fancy but comfortable. Get set for a beautiful peaceful time in the pines.

Timber Trails Cabin is a small country home ideal for a relaxing getaway! It is centrally located in the heart of Northern Wisconsin’s recreational opportunities. Enjoy our trails on 60 acres or take a short drive to local lakes, the Brule River, or Lake Superior. Within walking distance is the Poplar Golf Course and Bar/Grill. At the end of the day, you can relax around a fire under the starry sky. If it is chilly outside enjoy the fireplace and some games, books, or movies!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the north woods, 3 miles north of Iron River on the ATV/Snowmobile trails. *15 minutes from Lake Superior. *50 minutes from Bayfield *50 minutes from Duluth. Relax & read a book, hit the trails, or head to the lake. The South Shore area is filled with activities. Kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming, waterfalls, ATV-UTV-Dirtbike riding and much more. Visit our local breweries, wineries, museums and nature center.

Private Cozy Cabin on the Knife River

Retreat to this secluded cabin, resting on a hill along the Knife River nestled in 15 acres. You'll be met with a spacious, yet cozy environment with a bedroom and a separate loft area. The cabin features a sauna, a beautiful stone shower, two bathrooms and a tub. The south side of the land runs along the knife river with an overlook, perfect for the sunrise. The land is yours to explore. We have fallen in love with this space, and we truly hope you do too.

Applegate Cottage - South Shore of Lake Superior

Applegate cottage is an adorable cottage located just a short walk from the beautiful beach in Herbster, Wisconsin on the Lake Superior Scenic Byway. Whether you like hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing or just relaxing, there’s something nearby for everyone. Bayfield County has orchards, wineries, the Apostle Islands, sea caves, boutique shopping, waterfalls, great restaurants and so much more! Best of all…the sunsets! And, every season brings it’s own beauty!

Berrywood Acres Cabin

Berrywood Acres is located on the eastern shores of Lake Nebagamon. We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.
