Belle villa nichée dans un jardin arboré avec piscine privée à Agadir, dans un quartier sécurisé avec parking, idéale pour 8 adultes. La villa entièrement équipée et décorée avec soin dispose de 3 chambres confortables. À seulement 5 min en voiture des golfs et des commerces, la plage à 10 min et taxis à proximité, vous n'aurez pas besoin de louer une voiture. Service de ménage inclus 3 fois par semaine (9h-15h). Possibilité de profiter d'une cuisine locale moyennant un supplément.

Riad'Agadir

Le Riad bénéficie d'une connexion WIFI haut débit ( Fibre Optique 100 Mbps) et d’un système de climatisation autoreverse. En été, la maison est fraiche grâce aux matériaux naturels et écologiques de ses finitions. La maison est spacieuse avec une hygiène irréprochable. Le quartier est calme et très sécurisé par des gardiens de nuit qui veillent sur les maisons, les voitures et les commerces. Le Riad est situé à quelque minutes à pied du Grand Souk et à 8 mn en voiture de la plage.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich folgende Zimmer: Eine Küche , ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett für 2 Personen , ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafgelegenheiten für 2 Personen sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und der herrliche Innenhof.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
