Less than 5 minute drive to Krogers & fast food Open-concept floor plan. Studio style. There are no walls separating living, sleeping and kitchen areas. It's the perfect location to enjoy day trips to area attractions and several lakes. It's ten minutes to DeQueen lake, forty to Beaver's Bend and Hochatown. Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.
