This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Cool & quiet our one bedroom apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is centrally located on a quiet street great for a relaxing walk or run through the neighborhood or ULM Pharmacy campus. Enjoy Comcast Wifi, cable & big screen TV. This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.

WMHS fans, this is the place for you! We are located just 2 blocks from the school, in a very quiet neighborhood. We are near to almost everything you need to see and do. This is an older home, with old home characteristics, but if you are willing to overlook those, you will love the charm this place offers. Bookings are not accepted after 6pm, and check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. One dog is allowed.
