Downtown Franklin is only about a 15 min drive with its great restaurants, craft breweries, gem mining and more! Falling Waters

Property is overhanging Middle Creek, one of the most pristine mountain creeks in the county. It is known for its pocket water and plunge pools in the creek with opportunities to catch Brook, Brown and Rainbow trout. We have multiple decks, 2 gazebos and a swing. The yard is landscaped with a multitude of plants. Plants and the sound of the rushing creek create a very peaceful setting. If you like water (adults and kids) you will enjoy this creek. Recommend water shoes because of the rocks.

You are invited to come and stay at our little cozy cottage in the mountains. Make an escape from the chaos and travel the long winding well maintained driveway up the mountain surrounded by private property and US Forest land. Since the driveway is gravel and steep, we recommend that you drive a 4x4 or a vehicle with good traction. No low to the ground vehicles or motorcycles! You will see that it was worth the drive upon arrival at your secluded and peaceful retreat. NO PETS, please!!
