Enjoy a large private dock, kayak, paddle-board, and a deck perfect for relaxing or watching the action on the Hwy 1 bridge. Warm knotty pine walls create a comfy, inviting vibe. Just 1 mile from town, and a short drive to dining, golf, and breweries. Great for couples or small families. Ask about booking our nearby lakefront cabin too—perfect for larger groups!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy beautiful Marion Lake and relax in this fully renovated and well stocked lake cabin. From the comfortable furnishings and spacious kitchen, to the gas fireplace and back patio, you can feel like you're at home while watching the gorgeous sunsets just feet from the lake. There are kayaks, a paddleboard and lots of floaties available for use. The kids will love the large beach area and catching sunnies, crappies and bass right off the dock. A Bennington pontoon is also available to rent.

Oak Grove Cabin

Bring the family to Oak Grove Cabin with lots of room for fun. Located on Ethel Lake, you will have lake access to your own beach with a dock to secure any boat, kayak, canoe, or raft. Perfect for a family getaway. Located just a short drive from nearby towns of Ottertail and Battle Lake and just a short walk to 1910 Sip House (Ages 16+ from May 1-November 1, no exceptions). Close to Balmoral, Thumper Pond and Oakwood golf courses, Glendalough State Park, and snowmobile trail 263.

Open layout with large backyard for hanging out & playing yard games. Dock space, paddleboat kayaks & canoe available for renters to use on the river or to access the swimming beach (only accessible by the river).

The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

Fun for every season, on the shore of Donalds Lake, an uncongested lake, is great for fishing (ice, too), skating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, bonfires, or watching stunning sunsets. *Check on dock availability.
