ENTIRE 3BD 2 BATH HOME CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN

Entire House that is handicap accessible with a 1 minute walk to the Jet Express, to go see the beautiful islands in Lake Erie. This home is also walking distance to all the restaurants in Downtown Port Clinton, or to the head boats to go fishing. This space is cozy and perfect for 8 guest. It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. If cleaning is done you may check in early, just let me know if you want to check in early.

The cottage has been in our family for nearly 4 decades. Just 3 blocks from the water inside the Lakeside gates. Parking in front and one on the north side driveway. A/C unit in both bedrooms and dining room,wi-fi, cable. Master Queen and hallway bathroom with shower stall. Guest bedroom with trundle bed. laundry room downstairs with washer dryer, sink, toilet room, and shower stall downstairs. kitchen with small eating area, electric range, dishwasher. Coming to Port Clinton for fishing, a family getaway, girls trip or outdoor activities? You will love being close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. Lakeview Park is across the street, and so is the beach. 1 mile to the Jet Express, and the downtown shops & restaurants. We allow 2 dogs, please know there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Our back yard is fenced in with a fire pit, picnic table and grill. The garage is available for storage. Driveway parks 3 cars.

Private beach with lots to do we offer water toys like the Water lily or kayaks, or lay in the sun and play in the sand. You can take a nice long walk or go for a bike ride. We are Walleye capital of the world, so go fishing! Many fishing charters OR you can dock your boat at nearby marina. The house is completely stocked with all the essentials & some non-essentials too.
