Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fishermans dream 1 mile from charters, Jet Express to islands. Down town Port Clinton has alot to offer dining and shop or hop on a fishing charter. we have a public boat ramp 1/4 mile away drive your boat right to the property and dock your boat (for a fee). Plenty of room for boat and truck trailer parking. Firewood provided, bbq grill, corn hole boards misc. fishing poles and tackle to use Wineries, water park close by.
