All three condos are in the WATERFRONT II complex (236 A 1st floor, 236 B 1st floor, 240 D 2nd floor & 246 F 3rd floor) All the picture are labeled. There is a pool, hot tub and beach on the complex. Located across street to the water small walk to private beach. There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

My place is great for a stay right on Lake Erie! Steps away from the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay, an outside pool and hot tub on the grounds, and an on-site beach to the lake are all perfect reasons to bring the family up for a vacation. Port Clinton is about 25 minutes away from Cedar Point if you are looking for some thrills. Families needing more space should inquire about renting additional units on the grounds. No events or parties are to be hosted within the condo.
