Enjoy your stay in an ideal location in historic downtown Port Clinton, Ohio. A short walk to the Jet Express, all of the downtown shops, restaurants, public beach, and 2 beautiful parks. Only 1/2 hour drive to Cedar Point! This top floor of a duplex has 2 bedrooms and is beautifully decorated. Sleeps 5 and has a fully appointed kitchenette. The bathroom has a beautiful tile shower. The living room has a sofa, love seat, table with chairs, 50” television, and a dvd player with plenty of movies.

This special place is close to everything downtown. The second story two bedroom private apartment is 1 to 2 blocks away from the Jet Express, fishing charters, head boats, PC lighthouse, public beach, shopping, dining and night life. Enjoy a fun day at one of the islands, fishing, or at the beach and then return to enjoy dining and entertainment just outside your front window. Order a meal and beverage to go and enjoy the live music in "The District" summer entertainment area.

Lake Erie Fun with Beach & Pool

Newly listed at Waterfront Condos with a great view of Lake Erie. Private beach, large pool overlooking the lake, playground, and within walking distance to the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. Great third-floor unit with back steps to the pool. All new furniture and updated kitchen and bathroom. Sunroom can serve as a second bedroom. We’ve been renting out another unit in the complex for decades and just purchased this one. Can accommodate two groups with both condos.

Luxury Waterfront Condo on First Floor

Beautifully remodeled 1st floor 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Condo located perfectly with water on both sides. Steps from the front door is the areas finest award winning swimming pool and Jacuzzi area nicely equipped with 3 gas grills and restroom facilities. Directly out the backdoor is the wonderful 100 slip Harbor Side Marina. The 30 foot dock with 30 amp power is a few steps from the unit and can be included for an extra fee.
