A former year round home this cottage has everything you could possible need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage is a short walk to the local store with LCBO outlet, two restaurants, Legion Branch 616 and local community centre. The Ottawa River located right outside the back door and offers great boating and fishing.

Don’t worry about forgetting anything! It’s 7 minutes from Carleton Place, grocery stores, Walmart, LCBO, Starbucks and Tim Horton’s! It feels like you are in the country but so close to all amenities. Take a working vacation and commute to Ottawa (35 mins) or Kanata (20 mins) or use the wifi to work from the lake!

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.
