Take a stroll along the river to Windsor Park, then see a film at the longstanding Mayfair Theatre or attend one of the many events at Lansdowne Park. Everything is at your fingertips. There is a Shoppers Drugmart just up the street Sunnyside and Bank. The TD center is a 10 min walk. There you will find groceries, restaurants, farmers market in the summer, movie theatre, all kinds of shopping boutiques and stores, concert venue, sports venue. There is a city bus stop in front of the building. The airport is a 13 min drive and the train station 10 min. The Voyageur bus station is a 35 min walk . Carleton University is 30 min walk Ottawa University is 10 min drive or 40 min walk The apartment is located on the lower level of a 4 apartment building. There is no parking on the property itself but street parking is available for free and there are no restrictions.

Welcome to our newly renovated basement studio apartment with a separate entrance! This comfy space comes fully equipped with all of the furnishings, appliances, and little details you’ll need to enjoy your stay. While nestled on a quiet street, this unit is just minutes away from Mooney’s Bay beach, the Rideau River, Carleton, the airport, and is just a 10 min drive or bike to everything else. Nicely appointed In-Law Suite with amenities.

The in law suite is located in the lower level of a large home in Orleans in the East end of Ottawa.The in-law suite has a bedroom (double bed) w/desk & television ; living room w/fireplace & a sofa that is the size of a single bed for 1 person and a television. Fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is on the same level & private full bathroom for the in law suite guests only. Lovely back yard. Guests can use the exercise room equipped w/treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical & weights, etc.

The very large backyard is perfect for lawn games and other family funtivities!
