A very lovely place in a great and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the lake and Rotary Park – definitely one of its best features. The space is spacious, especially the living area, and the pull-down bed from the wall is a clever touch. While it limits the space to reach the window/door to the patio, using the small puffs from the glass table as nightstands creates a cozy and functional bedroom. The decoration is tasteful, and all the necessary amenities are provided. The host was respectful and discreet when present, and we hardly noticed any noise from upstairs when they were home. There's also a small, comfortable patio with a swing that adds some charm. All in all a fine place to stay.

Le logement correspond à la description mais c'est vrai que quand il y a des personnes au dessus c'est assez bruyant nous sommes restés que deux nuit, mais je pense qu'une semaine avec une habitation au dessus peut être dérangeant.

Beautiful unit, very clean and spacious. Loved the ceiling height and heated bathroom floor. Our party was there for a wedding at Whispering Springs which is about a 5-minute walk to the main parking lot.

I love Sue's place! Every time I am visiting the area, this is my first place to check for availability. Sue has a lovely apartment located right next to Lock 18, which can be enjoyed privately from the large deck or up close just a few steps away. Hastiings is a friendly town that is wonderful to walk around (both sides of the bridge), checking out the shops, having coffee from the local cafes, and in the evenings heading across the street to McGillicafey's Pub. Sue's place is quite, centrally located, and comfortable. I am already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Sue!!

My Husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The Apartment had everything you needed, very clean and close to the all amenities. Monique and Ron were amazing. We recommend this place and will stay there in the future.

Patti and Dennis were amazing ! There was a bad snow storm and they allowed us to stay an extra night, to hunker down through the storm to make sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable and safe. So nice ! The suite was warm clean and had very comfortable beds. It was very quiet and peaceful. The view of stoney lake was beautiful. It was the perfect winter retreat/getaway . I highly recommend this Inn. Definitely a 5 star stay ! We are very happy and thankful to find this hidden gem 💎

We had a great night at hidden retreat! David was so welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were great and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed time around the pool, using the hot tub and sitting around the fire at night. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Amazing place to relax and unwind. The prov parks pass is a huge bonus and makes its easy to visit all the parks nearby. Peaceful private beach with picturesque sunsets!

Toads, magical oasis on the waterfront is absolutely spectacular! A garden inspired by dreams, the beautiful story of The Wind in the Willows, and the healing energy of the surrounding design areas makes this location a one in a million! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Melissa is warm, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond. With Easter around the corner, she even had chocolate eggs and decor—such a thoughtful touch. The space is spotless, super spacious, fully stocked with everything you could need—and yes, there’s even a sauna. If I could go every weekend, I honestly would. Thanks so much, Melissa! Amelia and Fred’s place is a genuine ‘5-star’ apartment! There is nothing that the apartment needs - it’s new, clean, well furnished, modern. The location of the stay is in an establish neighborhood, near a super Walmart, fast food & casual restaurants, gym. Very easy to recommend for short or longer stays.

This place might be the best in all of Whitby! The bed is to die for ultra comfy and don’t get me started on the amazing shower. Very spacious very homey. HIGHLY recommend no doubt about it!
