Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!

This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.

Enjoy the lake views right from our docks, Solo Stove firepit, expansive deck, main floor or bedrooms. The house sits 100 yards back from the lake leaving a large lawn for outdoor activities. Updated and renovated in 2021! Many local snowmobile trails and ski resorts too! Heated garage and 2nd driveway for larger trucks/trailer or RV's.
