If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, then this is the place for you! Our cozy house in the Berkshires is ready to invite you to surround yourself with nature and see its beauty. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but has enough room to sleep up to 6 guests. There is also a living room, stocked kitchen and a room with a sleep sofa. Year round retreat directly on Otis Reservoir offering 62’ of lake frontage on MA largest and fully recreational lake. Enjoy the lake views right from our docks, Solo Stove firepit, expansive deck, main floor or bedrooms. The house sits 100 yards back from the lake leaving a large lawn for outdoor activities. Secluded Berkshire cabin with scenic views

The Beaver Dam is a sunlight-filled & recently renovated cabin tucked in the woods, overlooking the October Mountain State Park and steps away from Basin Pond. We are located close to a number of excellent ski slopes. Our cottage is the last house on a private road and right next to protected forest. You can't ask for more privacy, peace and quiet than you'll find at our little piece of paradise on the pond!

The Meadows House @ Otis Ridge w/ 7-person hot tub

Relax in a beautiful mountain setting at this 4-season ski house within walking distance of the slopes at Otis Ridge Ski Area (the best ski area south of the Vermont border). In fact, the back-yard (actually a meadow full of wildlife and flowers) used to be part of the ski area and there are still remnants of the rope-tow on the edge of the property. The long-range views off the back porch are fantastic.
