Un lugar perfecto para hospedarse en bacalar, privacidad y comodidad.. Astrid es muy buena anfitriona, siempre al pendiente y muy servicial, muchas gracias por hacer bonita mi estancia en Bacalar, espero regresar pronto

El lugar es muy bonito, el acceso es por un camino complicado pero es parte de la experiencia de estar lejos del pueblo y privado y no depende de ellos ese camino. El lugar es un 10 si lo sabes entender, es un lugar casero no un resort de lujo y las fotos siempre son más bonitas que el lugar pero en precio calidad destaca. La estancia estuvo bien, puedes usar los kayak gratis y explorar la laguna Lo único que mejoraría es que el baño no tiene nada de ventilación y lo que hasta por normativa tendría que tener. (Si pusieran un extractor para el vapor de la regadera o los olores del baño sería mucho mejor la experiencia

Lugar muy lindo, tranquilo. Especial para descansar, anfitrión y trabajadores súper amables y atentos, comida muy rica. Fueron unos días inolvidables

We only stayed one night at Xcabel, but it was lovely. It is just a few minutes out of town and really easy to find. We loved the dock and swimming in the lake. The bed was really comfy and the hotel was nice and quiet for some excellent sleeping.

Carlos is an excellent and friendly caretaker. The room was clean, cool and nice. We loved the kayaks. It's a very relaxing place to chill and enjoy.

L' appartamento era pulito e facilmente raggiungibile. L' host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Lo raccomando sicuramente 👍 Grazie mille per l' ospitalità, Dani 🙏

Très bon accueil. La chambre et la salle de bain très propre. Eau très chaude. frigo et cafetière avec de l'eau. Très pratique et super bien placé. Àquelques pas de lamlagune et près de tout. le stationnement très bien.

We stayed there with our three small children and had a great time. The place is as described and it’s close by to very nice beach clubs that have clear water and clean beaches. It also is far enough from the main drag that it is extremely quiet and chill in the evening. It seemed like the perfect location. The host was great and answered all our questions and helped recommend places to get groceries. We will be back for sure!

Las fotos coinciden 100% con el alojamiento (incluso no le hacen justicia las fotos a lo real jeje), las instrucciones fueron super claras para llegar e instalarnos, incluso pregunté por recomendaciones locales y me respondieron muy rápido y sentí que muy amables. Super limpio el baño, las sábanas y todo acomodado con detalle, cuenta con todo lo necesario si tu plan es estar la mayor parte del día afuera y conocer el pueblo, incluso el roof es muy acogedor y bonito.Viajé con mi esposo e hijo. Sin duda volveríamos 😀

El alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con dos cuartos con su baño completo cada uno, tiene una cocina principal que está a un costado de la sala y comedor, aunque también cuenta con otra cocineta más pequeña en el segundo cuarto, eso nos fue muy útil ya que fuimos dos parejas separadas y cada quien pudo hacer sus comidas sin interrumpir con la preparación del otro. Hay una alberca en las instalaciones que está muy bonita y siempre limpia. El departamento es moderno, las toallas y los cobertores muy limpios. Otro plus, es que cuenta con estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones y las entradas tienen una reja, lo que lo hace sentir más seguro y cómodo. El centro de Bacalar, se encuentra a unos 5-7 minutos caminando, así que está muy cerca. Un agradecimiento a Eli, que siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia, siempre fue muy amable y con una disposición genial.

Increible lugar, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Súper ubicación, el personal mega amable. Sin duda volveré.

Would stay here again in a heart beat! The staff is outstanding. They are accommodating and friendly. My husband found the bed a bit too hard and voila, a mattress topper was produced. I asked about places for public access to swim in the lagoon and a list of access points was sent immediately along with a map. They really want you to have a great stay! The unit (the Bamboo Suite) is exactly as shown in the photos . . . close to the lovely pool area and with its own private patio. It was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Super close to everything, we parked the car and didn't need it. A great find and it was exactly what we were looking for, it is an Oasis indeed.

Un lugar muy bonito, con todas las amenidades, céntrico y muy cerca de la laguna, las personas encargadas muy atentas y con disposición a ayudar, lugar muy recomendable

Muy cómodo, buen wifi, sábanas suaves y excelente comunicación. Nos dejaron hacer check-in antes de la hora. Al estar alejado de todo puede ser complicado conseguir taxi para ir al malecón, pero lo resuelven pidiendo el teléfono de alguno de los taxistas.

Christopher’s condo is super comfortable. It is just on the outskirts of the old part of Bacalar. Walking 10 minutes brings you k to the neighbourhood s with great restaurants. Walk for 20 minutes and you are down by the beautiful lake! The condo has two small balconies with really nice furniture, on the balconies and in the condo itself. We cooked a few meals there - the kitchen is set up nicely. And the bed? It is huge and comfortable. There is a cool little swimming pool, too. Lastly, Jacqui was quick to respond to our queries, and made sure the hot water issue was resolved pronto. All in all, a great place to stay while in amazing Bacalar!
