Tui Suite at Wairarapa's Lakeview Lodge

Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Same day check in may be available. ** not suitable for children or pets **

Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Kapiti Getaway

Welcome to our Kapiti Getaway. A total escape and peaceful place to unwind. The house has plenty of space and a gorgeous sunny outlook. Located in beautiful Otaihanga at the end of a quiet cul de sac 3 minutes walk from Waikanae river. Here you can walk to the Waikanae Estuary Scientific Reserve, Kāpiti beaches or join the Kāpiti Coastal Cycle Route and Te Araroa Walking Trail. You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Guest House and Farm stay in Waikanae.

Stay in our Country Cottage 1 bedroom plus lounge (separate dwelling), 2 minutes to Southwards museum, 5 minute drive to Waikanae and 7 minute drive to Coastlands Paraparaumu. Bring your bike or your horse (additional fee) , ride the 600 acre farm, use the 60x50 Sand horse arena. 10 minutes bike ride to Waikanae and Paraparaumu beaches and cafes, ride along the Waikanae River track. 40 minutes to the Wellington Ferry terminals and 50 minutes to Wellington Airport (non peak hour)

"Paraparaumu Beach Cottage". 2 Bedroom both with ensuites. Full kitchen, lounge, double glazed, a cosy deck sheltered from the wind. The perfect base to explore the many delights that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. 2 minutes walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops at Paraparaumu Beach seaside village, Paraparaumu Beach Golf course, and Kapiti Island Ferry departure point. And only 30 seconds stroll across the sand dunes onto Paraparaumu Beach, no roads to cross.

The Tree House

This is a brand new 2 bedroom spacious cottage nestled amongst trees, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Waikanae river. The Cottage has a complete kitchen and two good sized bedrooms equipped with queen beds and internal wardrobes. It is equipped with a heat pump and for those cozy cool evenings a fire place. If your fancy takes you, there is an outside bath on the veranda that you can relax in and enjoy while watching the birds in the tree tops.
