Nearby Võhandu river (700m), Olerex Cafe/Gas Station (1.2 km), Tamula beach (3.3 km). Available: WC, shower, warm water,refrigerator & freezer, kettle, stove, air conditioner for cooling, high king size bed 180x200cm, BBQ (bring your own charcoal). Bed linen, towels, shower gel, toilet paper are included inside the rental price. The land unit has camera surveillance!

There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.
