Rustic Mountainside Chalet

Located on a wooded mountainside in the White Mountains & the Lakes Region of NH, close to hiking, 5 minutes to the rivers and 15 minutes to Lake Chocorua and Lake Ossipee for swimming/kayaking/tubing or just relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Peaceful Chalet with one bedroom with one bunk bed unit with queen mattresses, and a large master bedroom loft with Cali King, kitchen, and 2 x bathrooms, a deep jetted tub. The basement is converted into an in-law’s suite where my parents live.

It's the ideal wintertime alpine headquarters: Cranmore, King Pine, Red Hill, & Abenaki ski areas are nearby plus Gunstock, Ragged Mt, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods, Campton & Pleasant are just about 1 hr away. On your 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) to the community beach you will pass a playground and basketball court. After you pass through the pine tree path to the lake, you'll find an expansive sandy beach perfect for swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing and paddle boarding or kayaking. Lounging at the house is lovely on the front porch or in the private backyard.

Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Tucked away in a small town, minutes away from the New Hampshire border, located 2 minutes off of rt. 25 (direct route from Portland ME to NH) The ultimate family or couples getaway. Plenty of room in the back yard for any and all yard games, while also enjoying the firepit, "game shed" and 75ft of water frontage where you can swim, fish, or launch your kayaks from the dock into the Ossipee River. Get away from it all in our lovely, spacious home with its new kitchen, in Eaton, only 15 min to the shops and restaurants in North Conway and five minutes to King Pine Ski Area. Our property comes with a lake access pass to Crystal Lake public beach. Our place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, chefs, and families. Our two floor home, with over 1600 sq. ft of living space, has two living room spaces providing private spaces for children and adults. We are owner-operated.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room.
