At 62 acres and with just twelve homes, Sargent's Pond is the perfect place for simpler pursuits and peace and quiet. Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Welcome to Kirkland Cottage - great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! We’re a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and right near the White Mountains, so you can explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails. We are only an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.

The Village House

Welcome to our recently renovated home , built in the late 1890's in the heart of beautiful Tamworth Village, right on quiet Main st. A quick 5 minute walk to "downtown", Remick Farm and museum, Barnstormers summer theatre and The Other Bakery. Tamworth is home to many local hiking trails from easy walks to over 4000 foot summits. Great place in the winter with miles of free , groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails as well.
