Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Rustic Mountainside Chalet

Located on a wooded mountainside in the White Mountains & the Lakes Region of NH, close to hiking, 5 minutes to the rivers and 15 minutes to Lake Chocorua and Lake Ossipee for swimming/kayaking/tubing or just relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Peaceful Chalet with one bedroom with one bunk bed unit with queen mattresses, and a large master bedroom loft with Cali King, kitchen, and 2 x bathrooms, a deep jetted tub. The basement is converted into an in-law’s suite where my parents live.

Wake up to a peaceful, private mountainside cottage designed for quiet escapes and relaxed stays. Tucked above Tamworth in a secluded setting, this cozy retreat offers total privacy, calming views, and a chance to truly unplug. After a day exploring the area, return to stillness, comfort, and the option to unwind in a traditional Finnish-style sauna. Sauna access is optional and available for a one-time additional fee. Also Ideal for quiet midweek escapes, remote work, and unplugged stays.

Romantic New England Historic Schoolhouse c1866

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. ☀ Fox & Loon lake house: hot tub/pedal boat/kayaks

Escape to a peaceful, lakeside retreat with a secluded sun-lit deck and private dock with incredible views of Sunrise Lake, plus a 4-person hot tub, and seasonal amenities like a pedal boat, two kayaks, a SUP board, gas fire table, central A/C, a pellet stove, and snowshoes. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. The sunsets can be unbelievable!

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a semi-remote cabin experience while keeping the gentle daily living comforts. Right at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest in one direction and in the other direction, a short five minute drive to Kezar Lake this secluded cabin has it all for the nature lover in you! Close to local favorite trailheads for hiking and mountain biking as well having nearby ski mountains and snowmobile trails.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. The Mirror cabin is Maines only 3 sided floor to ceiling mirrored glass cabin. Unwind in the hot tub while looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

CloverCroft - "Far from the madding crowd."

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
