Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Roast marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, swing in the hammock, take a paddleboat ride, kayak with the loons, jump off our swim raft or relax on a lounge chair and listen to the waves lap the shore. An 8-person hot tub overlooks the lake. Nearby Cadillac, Caberfae Peaks, Cadillac Winery, Clam Lake Beer Company & Pine River offer more ways to stay active!

The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
