Spacious and beautiful Alexandria home

This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) & guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage & back yard w/ free firewood. Private entry gives access to 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a 3 seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. 1 open room, one private, and one partial room with no windows. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf, etc. Happy to answer any questions!

Wizard's LOTR Cottage and Treehouse! Pet Friendly!

Our LOTR-themed Wizard's Cottage, along with our LOTR Stargazer treehouse, are on 2+ acres, & have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." Our home is about 200 ft. from the Cottage & far from Stargazer (back of the acreage). Greenery provides privacy. Enjoy our hot tub & Mordor -(dare to open the "Mor Do[o]r")! We are solidly in farm country; 2 miles from lovely Cedar Lake; Soo Line Trail has hiking, biking & snowmobiling; park & bar in walking distance. Diversity is welcome.

Lake Henry is the hidden gem of Alexandria. This lower traffic lake is perfect for swimming or boating and it has some of the best Walleye fishing in the area. Located in the heart of Alexandria this house is minutes from everything while still having a country feel- you will not find more stunning views. The stylish interior has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple TVs, and fast Wifi. The exterior has a beautiful 3-season porch and deck that faces the lake along with a fire pit.

“Tiny Timber” Scandi cabin W/ Sauna, plunge tub!

Escape to the serenity of the Tiny Timber cabin, where stunning nature views and modern comfort await. This charming 450 sqft cabin offers a cozy respite from the hustle and bustle, with breathtaking scenic views that will leave you in awe. Nestled within reach -fantastic lakes, nearby restaurants, and a host of recreational activities, this is the perfect base for your getaway. Unwind, have a campfire, enjoy the sauna, play games or simply relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Relax on Lake Osakis on 3 acres. Room for dogs, vehicles, and your boat on our dock. Property features a fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor and indoor kitchen, fish cleaning area, grill, pellet smoker, spaa hot tub. Main house sleeps 6. Guest house sleeps 4 - two bedrooms, one bathroom. Guesthouse available for more than 6 guests at $100 per night $50 per stay additional cleaning fee. It is 3 season. RV electrical available. Pontoon for rent. No water in guest house October 17-April 15.

I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

In warmer months enjoy canoeing, paddle boating or playing yard games on our private 1 acre lot. Don’t forget about fishing; Lake Osakis is a premiere fishing lake & the cabin is located on a Walleye spawning creek with its own private bridge! In the winter, snow mobile right onto the ice for fishing, or check out the nearby trails!
