Location cannot be beat. Literally next door to Coconuts which is a top resort. Simply walk there. Amenities - swimming pools, water park, restaurant, bar, live music. Hillbilly Yacht Club - is also just a walk away - private, spacious. 100 ft of lake frontage, parking - large dock w/boat slip, SUP & kayak. Fish, swim, sunbathe - fenced for our dog lovers - 400 sq foot deck, bbq grills, lots of seating - fire pit, chairs, marsh mellow sticks Bring your kids, dogs and head to Coconuts!

This great location offers a Boat rental, PWC and one of the best bars on the lake as neighbors Dog Days bar and grille. Walk just a few yards and you are there. This unit is newly remodeled making it easy for you to relax and enjoy the lake life. For the Fishermen we have had good luck catching Crappie off the dock.
