Perfect for our family vacation. Place was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and all of the amenities that made us feel at home. The owner was very responsive and made sure there were no issues during our stay. Highly recommend

The view of the Lake was amazing. Wonderful family stay and made lots of memories chilling with family and barbequing and hanging out on the deck. House is rustic and has lots of unique character. Well stocked kitchen and baths with anything you would need! Loved the circle drive with lots of parking. Loved our experience with the thunderstorms and watching lightening across the Lake - and then the sun came out and was beautiful!

The house was perfect for our girlfriend getaway. It was very nice inside just like home. Bedrooms were decorated really nice and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. One half bath downstairs and a full bathroom up stairs where we slept. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the Pioneer Women Mercantile. We really had a great time and enjoyed the visit.

Absolutely loved the location and the home. Love being kinda out away from the hustle of towns. Blake’s home was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be coming back to the area in about a month and I will definitely see if Blake’s home is available again. We had to extend our stay a few times due to weather delays and so forth with work and Blake was very helpful with the extensions.

Place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our quick getaway! Paul was very responsive and courteous.

We loved this house! The proximity to the lake was perfect. The sunset views were very beautiful. The backyard setup was perfect for my kids! Kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 nights while attending The Boys From Oklahoma concert. We felt right at home!! (It was definitely the cows around us all day that made it like home❤️) great place and very private. Great back patio area and easy walking down to the Arkansas River. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved our stay here! While the no wifi was an adjustment, we were just fine with the games and puzzles provided. The little house is decorated so beautifully and it smelled great.

We found the host, Erwin, to be very friendly, responsive, and accommodating! We loved the views from the dining and sitting rooms! Our family had a wonderful time with many places in this spacious home to enjoy each other’s company! This house has character and I love that about it! I would definitely stay here again!

Omg what an amazing stay the land is literally alive we definitely enjoyed ourself! So freeing this is definitely a core memory for sure! Worth the stay definitely and they host we’re very accommodating above and beyond 5 stars ⭐️ for sure!

Absolutely loved Joe’s place. I have stayed in the dome and in the hut as well. Such tranquility and peace. Honestly, I never really appreciated Oklahoma until finding their lovely retreat. What a lovely family as well. I can’t recommend highly enough! 🙏🏼

When you arrive at the location, the exterior is just OK which is consistent with the other homes in the neighborhood. It is quiet and the neighborhood is walkable. Once you go inside the house, it is clear that the owners put in the effort to make their guests feel comfortable. The three bedrooms were nice with blackout drapes. The kitchen was large enough that you did not feel confined. It was nicely decorated throughout. Although we didn’t use it, it was nice that the house had a swimming pool. It is also nice that the backyard is across the road from the country club. When lounging in the backyard, you’re not looking at a neighbor‘s house, just greenery. I do want to add that the owners are very responsive. We had to reach out to them to replace the toilet paper and it was delivered in roughly 30 minutes. I can easily recommend this house for anyone staying in the Tulsa area. It’s close to the downtown area and within a 10 minute drive of most places you would want to visit.

We loved our stay! The property was magical with little paths for wandering and little colorful lights illuminating the way. We stayed in the Bell Tent during a weekend-long storm - the thunder and lightening provided high drama in the tent - but we stayed dry and cozy the whole time. Three Ponds is a great place to find deep relaxation.

Nice quiet cabin tucked in the woods, great view of the lake to watch the sun come up. Nice place to get away from everything. And pet friendly!

Erwin’s home was so welcoming and great. Erwin the host is very helpful and very responsive. And our stay was very nice

Loved it. I was only there for one night, as I was in the midst of a cross country drive, but I am hoping to come back and stay longer, or at the very least pass through again during another long drive. Big fan of this place and how easy it was to relax, even though I was there for a very short period of time.

This was the perfect landing place while we travelled for Thanksgiving. It was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were super comfy, and we were able to get some baking done before we headed to family dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed!

Timothy was very pleasant to deal with, responded within minutes of my needs/questions. The townhome was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds, pillows and blankets were all comfortable and clean.

My wife and I enjoyed ever aspect of our stay at Hanks beautiful home and this beauitiful lake and surrounding area. Thank you so much for having us. we will be back in the future with the kids!
