We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ole’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very friendly and responded quickly, providing all the information we needed. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant. We truly recommend this place to others! ❤️

You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making it such a special place. This stay was a real highlight of our trip—we’d love to come back. An absolutely amazing place to stay - the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever given! Breathtaking views from this beautiful and secluded cabin. The hot tub and fire pit are wonderful and the entire property is gorgeous, just like you can see in the photos. Two things to be aware of: 1) It’s a 3-4 min hike down to the cabin from the road where you park, but the hosts provided clear instructions for where to park and were super helpful in bringing our luggage down and back up during check-in and check-out. 2) There is another cabin right next to this one which the hosts also rent out. During the weekend that my wife and I were here, there was nobody staying in the other cabin so the area was a private oasis for us. Worth keeping in mind though that you’ll be sharing the space with others a bit though if anyone is staying in the other cabin. It’s a beautiful place and absolutely lives up to the photos in the listing. The hosts are helpful, friendly, and speak good English. 5/5!

Fint opphold i flott hytte. Tydelig rutiner for bruk og enkel kommunikasjon. Vi hadde ei veldig fin langhelg her med gode skimuligheter.

The place is nice to have relaxing time, everything you need is around, you can get it from downtown just few minutes of drive, there is halal restaurants

Helt nydelig hytte, svært godt utstyrt og i vakre, fredelige omgivelser. Kristina som vert var helt supert, med nyttige instruksjoner og svært enkel innsjekking. Hytta er oppvarmet til gjester kommer, noe som ble ekstra satt pris på 🫶🏼 10/10 opphold!

Keine Wörter können es beschreiben. Für die, die einfach Ruhe mögen ein perfektes Ort! Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse, die Geräusche, die Gegend… mit zwei Teenies und einem Hund 5 Tage zauberhaft verbracht. Der Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- besser kann man sich nicht wünschen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a very nice stay in Dalsfjord. Lovely weather for walking, fishing and enjoying the fjord from the bay. Good communication with Jørn and Anne:)

Het uitzicht is indrukwekkend, prachtig! En huisje is praktisch en huiselijk. Kneuterig eigenlijk ook, wij houden er van. Goede communicatie met de verhuurders. We hebben een boot kunnen huren om heerlijk mee te varen op t fjord. Ook een leuk avontuur!

Vi hadde to fantastiske dager på denne nydelige hytta. Fantastisk utsikt i en kjempe koselig bygd. Hytta hadde alt det en trenger for et behagelig opphold. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Beautiful cabin for a break in time! Very calm and cozy and the view is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our weekend there with my mum!

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour chez Synnove. Le chalet se trouve au fond d'une magnifique vallée. Il est très confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. La vue depuis la salle à manger et la terrasse est époustouflante. On passerait des heures à regarder le paysage. L'environment est calme et près de nombreuses randonnées. Il s'agit d'un des plus beaux Airbnb qu'on ait jamais fait, nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Fint sted! Jeg er en bevis at det er mulig å komme dit uten bil—jeg tok bussen til Haddal / Garneskrysset, så gikk derfra (fin tur opp veien til hytta).

Wirklich ein toller Ort, wir hatten eine gute Zeit und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und hilfreich. Nur zu empfehlen!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Geir en Tove. Een prachtig, knus huisje gelegen in een prachtig berggebied, met meerdere fjorden en de stad Ålesund binnen handbereik. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen nog enkele tips over hoe wij het beste de stad Geiranger konden bezoeken en een tocht door de fjord konden maken. Voor vragen over defecten en andere zaken is Geir zeer goed bereikbaar. Voor liefhebbers van wandelen: er zijn vele prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving te vinden. Ook zijn er meerdere supermarkten binnen 20 minuten rijden te vinden.

Very cosy clean and well equiped house in great location with amazing views from its large veranda and very friendly and always helpful hosts! :) We simply fall in love with this place. You can do some easy walks and hikes nearby, swim on the lovely beach in Hareid, visit beautiful island Runde and town Allesund and soak great views from the terrace of the house. It is just great place to spend a few days! Highly recommend!

Si t'han semblat impressionants els paisatges de Noruega, aquesta cabanya és per tú. En un lloc espectacular i en contacte amb la natura. Malgrat les limitacions de ser una cabanya aïllada, sense aigua corrent ni electricitat (però si plaques solars) s'hi està comfortable i amb l'estufa de llenya s'hi està molt a gust. El Gunn va ser molt atent i el seu germà ens va ajudar i acompanyar fins la cabana. Recomanable 100% pels amants de la natura i la traquilitat.

Beautiful modern, yet cozy cabin with the most amazing view of the fjord! Peaceful location. Everything was great, comfortable bed and quality duvets, pillows, very well equipped kitchen, to mention a few things. Tormod is a really kind and responsive host. At times the fjord is so calm it’s like mirror. When I had a video call with my dad, he actually thought I’m showing him a picture and not the real view! Hope to stay here again!
