This is a detached ranch style guest house in beautiful Oro Valley with gorgeous mountain views. The home is part of historic Campo Bello neighborhood on 4 acres and features an enclosed back yard with a fully covered front/back patio and carport. There is a public park within 1 mile that features a swimming pool and splash pad. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers in the immediate area. Catalina State Park offers hiking and biking. This is an active equestrian property!

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

This 900 sq. ft. Casita is nestled in the foothills of the Tortolita Mts. NW of Tucson, near the main house but with its own amenities, including solar panels on the roof, tasty well water from >1,000 ft. depth, speedy reliable wi-fi and internet-enabled large-screen TV. The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. We love it and think you will too.

Peaceful Desert Cottage - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home.
