Every night you’ll watch the sun set from the oversized deck or from the patio. This house can sleep 10 on Hall Lake in Fairmont, MN ($10 fee added per person above 6 for added cleaning expenses). Within walking distance to grocery store, specialty shops, coffee/ice cream shop, parks, churches, and swimming pool. Private entrance, one bedroom, small bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with window overlooking Main Street. Please note there is potential for noise. Sleeps three adults comfortably. Perfect for a family of four.

Winowannastay Inn "Garden Shack" (1 of 6 rooms)

Welcome to a backyard getaway that will drop your mouth in awe. Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.
