The retreat at Rooted Land Co. consists of 1 farmhouse and 3 luxury tiny cottages on 350 private acres nestled at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains with more than 1-mile of Rapidan River frontage. Each home is spaced with privacy in mind and positioned with breathtaking views. Countless outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing provide a unique experience during your stay. Rooted Land Co. is located just minutes from wineries, breweries, and Shenandoah National Park.

Sunsets, Stargazing, Fireflies, Dogwoods, Peonies, Organic Berries, Wild Flowers. Everyday the views are spectacular, day or night. Big thanks to our previous guests for so many terrific reviews! Even with no electric, everyone has been thrilled with our Glamping experience. We make getting outside easy and super comfy! With a Tempurpedic style bed, propane heater, plenty of solar lights, fire pit, wood & kindling, fresh spring water, private Loo and shower house, you won't want to leave.

Step out your front door and pet horses located next door. Willie's place is newly renovated and has all the amenities you need. Located close to wineries, shopping, wedding venues, Historic Montpelier, Corn Maze, Town of Orange, Woodberry Forest School, 10 minutes to Gordonsville, 30 minutes to Charlottesville. Kayak the Rapidan, take a horseback ride at Oakland Heights or see a play at Barboursville. Exposed beams throughout, a beautiful Loft and back porch for sitting. You won't go wrong.

Located conveniently between Charlottesville and Culpeper Virginia. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway. Tour Montpelier and Monticello nearby. Upon request, access to telescope for viewing of stars and galaxies! This property has a separate bedroom, a sofa that opens to a bed in living room area, and a roll away bed.

Our home is ideal for families and large groups coming to Central Virginia for weddings at Oak Creek Farm or to get away from city life for a bit. Start your day enjoying the farm life with a breathtaking sunrise while the cows wake up and start grazing across the fields located directly behind the house.

Robinson River Cabin - Tri Creek Farm

If you spend most of your career glued to a computer and other screens, this place is for you. TriCreek Farm is a place for you to disconnect, reboot, and fuel your soul. This riverfront cabin is situated on ~100 acres, over 1/2 mile of Robinson River frontage, with breathtaking views. There are creeks, fishing, and hiking trails to explore and enjoy. The cabin is located in Brightwood, Virginia, a small town located in Madison County between Culpeper and Charlottesville Virginia.
