Conveniently located studio apt is minutes from Duke Univ & Hospital and dwntwn Durham. If visiting for medical stay, business, or to explore, the studio is a comfortable base. Private suite has its own entrance and is attached to host primary residence. Your space is private, but some sound is possible from normal household life like voices or footsteps. We are mindful of your comfort & quiet hours. Guests who are noise sensitive may prefer a fully detached place. Host has severe dog allergy.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Another apartment downstairs in the same house is where I live with a dog and cat, so you will hear & see us at times.

With views into the woods and garden, it's a beautiful spot to get away, relax, and enjoy nature. Great for couples and solo travelers alike.
