Beautiful modern new home right on the waterfront of the Whangarei harbour suitable for executive stay guests. Three bedrooms (King, Queen, and King Single) with quality bedding including 100% cotton sheeting. Main bathroom with bath, shower, and double vanity, main bedroom with ensuite. Open plan premium kitchen, dining, and lounge with expansive views to the water. A 5-minute drive to Onerahi township, and Whangarei domestic airport. 10-minute drive to Whangarei CBD. Beautiful, relaxing, paradise Winter special

Homely, private, comfortable fully self contained studio unit. Peaceful relaxing area and a stunning garden to meander through. Weber BBQ. double bed, own bathroom, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Wake up, open the ranch slider and take in the view over the Bay. Paihia doesn't get better than this. Everyone who stays, loves it - the perfect home away home. A place of tranquility and beauty. Perfect spot for a digital nomad over the Winter months , excellent wifi - ask me about extended stays.

Annandale Beach House the perfect stay in the Bay

Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or grab a meal at the Kerikeri Cruising Club which is just 5 mins away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and a safe swimming beach within a few minutes drive.

Tree Tops

Situated 5 min from Paihia...Dogs are welcome here but please notify.....No hidden Cleaning fees... Free Netflix ....high speed internet..Spectacular views from large deck of the famous and historical Waitangi River and Reserve. Abundant native bush and bird life. Only 5 minutes by car to Beach, Cafes, Supermarket and Golf course. Fantastic walking tracks from Haruru Falls....we also have another place Dargaville " Pouto Peninsula Farm cottage".peaceful place on the farm.

Tiromoana - An ideal base with unsurpassed views

Tiromoana is perfect for a couple, group of friends or a family. The house comprises of 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is all on the one level. Enjoy gorgeous views over Oneroa bay and out towards the islands from the deck and straight out from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions.

Ferry Landing

Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable home. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour. The ferry cost is $17 per car & runs a continual service. Or you can walk on for just $2 per person. Please note that although you have sole occupancy of the house, the property has another cottage & resident in it. The driveway is also shared.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.

Modern, spacious and well appointed home with views to die for. Two double bedrooms, each with wonderful water views to wake up to. This home is perfect for couples looking for a getaway. Close to historic Russell and all it's charms, yet private and spacious enough so you can relax and unwind. Some of the best night sky viewing around, with Kiwi in the nearby bush.
