Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.
