Quick and cost effective ride from the airport, easy route to downtown, and groceries, restaurants, and any other amenities needed is a 5 minute walk away. Great neighbourhood walking distance from the riverbank if you want to seek out some fresh air or get some exercise going for a run on the riverbank trails. Bright Spacious Basement Suite

This suite is within a bungalow in a charming neighbourhood with great access to amenities. An outdoor pool is two blocks away and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful park is also minutes away. For students, Saskatchewan PolyTech is a ten minute walk. Very centralize location for getting around Saskatoon .
