Modern holiday home, on the beach in the prestigious Pines enclave. This stylish, contemporary 4 bed house is set on 1 level and will sleep 2/3 families & 14 guests. The property is on 2330m of land, in a forest setting with a large flat front lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a short stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea vews.

Overlooking farmland and Hot Water Beach, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing and even hear kiwi in the nearby bush. Please note that the beach is NOT a "4 min walk" away as advertised on our listing (we are working to remove this). Our studio is approximately 1.5km from the beach.

The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
