Welcome to this cozy welcoming guesthouse, a peaceful escape in the heart of Auburn, CA! Nestled on a charming little family farm, our cozy guesthouse offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and peaceful nature. Wake up to the sounds of nature at the farm, be embraced by oak trees, and get refreshed by the tranquil atmosphere. You can explore Auburn's historic downtown a few minutes away or go on scenic hiking trails in the area, or simply relax and reconnect with nature in a serene setting.

Victorian Farmhouse & Cottage at Green Hill Ranch

The entire property sleeps 14-18 comfortably. Included in nightly price is Main House with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms AND Honeymoon Cottage with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. Cottages have Wi-Fi enabled Smart TVs. Other amenities: orchard, swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping pong, horseshoe pit.

Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Enjoy the nature and light surrounding this historic building turned modern comfortable space for guests. Placer Counties’ fruit growing industry can be traced back to the early 1800’s, and this particular fruit shed has been in existence since at least the late 1800’s from what I found in the archives. This 1920's cottage is a bloc from Downtown Auburn's charming shops, bars & eats, and .5 from historic Old Town and CourtHouse We are located a mile from Robie Pt Western States trail, and .5 from the race' finish at Placer High. We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.
